British Trimmings has evolved considerably since its inception in 1930 and today designs and manufactures a vast range of trimming products to a cross section of customers in over 35 countries worldwide.

British Trimmings is now part of the Simplicity Creative Group an umbrella brand for a number of craft, sewing patterns, interior and fashion trimmings companies based in the US. The group owns manufacturing facilities in India and sourcing offices in China and manufactures, markets and wholesales a wide selection of products under brands such as Simplicity, Conso, Wrights, Boye, EZ Quilting and Bondex. Simplicity Creative Group and particularly Conso, our US sister trimmings company, provides British Trimmings with access to a wider selection of products, a global perspective on emerging trends in colour, design and materials used, as well as greater buying power.
