Terms of Sale:-
Minimum Order:-
As manufacturers, we accept orders to a minimum value of £150 excluding VAT. Orders should be for at least the minimum quantity per colourway stated against each article in the catalogue, and for multiples thereof.
Carriage:-
This is free in the UK on orders to a value of £250 excluding VAT. Small orders are accepted, however, a carriage, packing and order processing charge will apply:
Orders under £150 (gross) will be subject to a £20 charge
Orders between £150 - £250 (gross) will be subject to a £15 charge
This policy excludes sample material and all other selling aids.
Orders specified for next day delivery before certain times will be charged as follows:
Before 9am.....................£26
Before 10.30am...............£18
Before noon....................£14
This charge will be applied to the invoice when the order is taken.
Specials:-
If you require a special article or a colour in a stock article not available in the catalogue, please speak to our specials department who will be able to advise you on the minimum quantities required, the available yarn colour's and the design services that we can offer you.
Returns and cancellations:-
We will accept returns and cancellations from customers by prior agreement only and they may be subject to a service charge.
Credit:-
We are happy to open credit accounts with customers on the provision of satisfactory bank and trade references.
Payment:-
Payment of accounts should be made net thirty days month end.
